Gloria Jean's Hills Super Centre

Hugh building visited by many people living around this area. Happen to walk the neighbourhood and discovered this place and decided to walk in. Many brand names setup shops in this building. There are two sides North building and South building.

My day was brightened by the extremely helpful Charlotte last week. Her kind attitude and smile is the reason i’ll be coming back! she knows her coffee and makes a damn good flat white.

Great coffee and awesome service. The staff is so friendly and always smiling. Good selection of cold brews and hot coffee. Great selection of sweet treats. Enough seating both indoor and outdoor. The premises was really clean and well maintained

The little red head girl who worked Sunday morning was so polite and greeted me with so much positive energy it was so refreshing. She took my order with a smile and I can confidently say that she made me the best coffee I've ever had in my ENTIRE life! Hold onto her she's a special one

Good morning Rachael, I am a regular customer at your store at the Hub in Castle Hill. My family and I often walk our Labrador down to have coffees together on Sundays. I wanted to let you know that your girls are amazing. Robyn, Charlotte and Grace (I know she as now moved on) but all three of the girls are so professional, kind and provide such a high level of customer service. They always have a smile on their faces and are always welcoming, they go above and beyond for your customers. These days it is very rare to have such good customer service, but it is always a good experience when these girls are working and we love going there. We keep coming back due to the amazing coffees they make, but most importantly the pleasant experience and good service provided by the girls. I visited this store this morning and was so impressed! I was served by a lovely young lady at about 6.30am when I was so tired and grumpy, but she gave the most exemplary service and amazing custom order coffee (which nobody ever gets right)! Will be back again for sure!

My first time here. I came in today at 4pm. The cafe was small but clean and in a convenient location in the Castle Hill Super Centre. I had a caramel latte - very nice and sweet taste (special thank you to the brunette girl with her hair tied back who made it Overall, great service, good coffee and a quiet cafe that I prefer personally. Highly recommend visiting.
